Job summary

A dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant is sought for a friendly, inclusive primary school in Redditch. The role is part-time for the full academic year, with morning hours from 8:30 to 12:00 and a daily rate advertised at £95–£112.

You will support pupils with varying abilities, deliver intervention activities, assist in classrooms under the guidance of the class teacher, and work with colleagues to create a positive, nurturing learning environment that helps every child reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification ideal.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school essential.
• Experience as a teaching assistant in a primary/SEN setting.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced SENTeaching Assistant to work on a full-time, long-term basis at a welcoming primary school in Redditch
