Northern Education Trust is seeking four Teaching Assistants to join Dyke House Academy. You will support interventions with students needing additional mentoring to reach GCSEs, and work with small groups and individuals across Key Stage 3 and 4 as required.
Your focus is to promote learning and welfare by providing practical support, including support for students with special needs, under a teacher or Inclusion Manager guidance.

Salary Range: Grade 4, SCP10 – SCP12 (£27,694.00 - £28,598.00.00 FTE) Pro rata salary £23,145.00 - £23,901.00
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year, they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 3.30pm (39 working weeks, paid weeks 45.942)
Base: Dyke House Academy, Mapleton Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8NQ

In this role, you will work as part of the academy/department to support interventions with students who require additional mentoring to achieve their GCSEs. You will also work with other small groups and individual students across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 as required.
Your primary focus will be to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support, including supporting those with special needs, under the direction of a class teacher or Inclusion Manager.
