Northern Education Trust is seeking a dedicated Academy Support Assistant to work at Dyke House Academy. The role focuses on front of house, customer service, and administrative support to NCSE Facilities and academy activities.
Part-time position (5 hours per week) with evenings and weekends, permanent contract. You will handle enquiries, process hire agreements, and help ensure the facility runs smoothly for staff and visitors.

Salary Range: Grade 2, SCP4 – SCP5 (£25,185.00 - £25,583.00 FTE) Pro rata salary £3,403.00 - £3,457.00
Working Type: Part time, 5 hours per week (hours to be agreed), evenings and weekends, 52 working weeks (additional hours may also be available)
Base: Dyke House Academy, Mapleton Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8NQ

Northern Education Trust is seeking a dedicated and flexible Academy Support Assistant to support the Northern Education Trust Community Sport and Events (NCSE) Facilities and wider academy activities at Dyke House Academy.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for Front of House, delivering outstanding customer service, handling enquiries, and helping to ensure the facility runs smoothly and welcomingly for all internal and external users.
