As an ASD Teaching Assistant, your role will encompass:

• Personalised Support: Providing one-on-one assistance to a student with ASD and complex needs, tailoring your support to address their individual requirements.
• Inclusive Education: Collaborating with the school's teaching team to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, allowing students to thrive.
• Communication Skills: Using your communication expertise to engage with and support students in developing their social and emotional skills.
• Confidence Building: Assisting students in building their self-confidence and independence, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Empathetic Approach: Demonstrating empathy, understanding, and patience while working with students, creating a safe and nurturing space for their development.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us.
