As the SENCo, you’ll play a key role in shaping the school’s SEN strategy, leading a team of specialists, and working closely with staff, parents, and outside agencies to ensure every student has the support they need to thrive. You will oversee the assessment, provision, and monitoring of students with SEN, creating an environment where these students can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Role Highlights:

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
