Job summary

The Bolsover School is seeking two teaching assistants to join our inclusive secondary school and support students with learning difficulties. You will help them build confidence, independence and resilience, working within a supportive team.

The role offers induction, access to high-quality CPD through the Redhill Teaching Hub, and a personalised appraisal via the My Contribution scheme, with recognition of achievements across the academy trust.

Qualifications

• Experience with students with challenging learning difficulties (SEND).
• Desire to work with young people and support their welfare and wellbeing.
