Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust is hiring a Teaching Assistant at The Bolsover School. The role is on a permanent, term-time basis, with a 32.5-hour week and a Band 7 salary scale (Points 32-36). The successful candidate will support students, including those with SEND, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Applicants should be committed to safeguarding and welfare, work well in teams, and engage in professional development through the Redhill Teaching Hub. DBS checks will apply.

• Experience in supporting students with challenging learning needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to CPD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the education of students with challenging learning difficulties.
• Assist in promoting confidence, independence and resilience in learners.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver inclusive classroom support.
