Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust is seeking two teaching assistants for The Bolsover School. These roles offer 32.5 hours per week during term time, with permanent status and a start as soon as possible.

Successful candidates will support students with SEND, promote confidence, independence and resilience, and work within supportive teams to deliver high-quality education. Applicants should be committed to safeguarding and welfare, with DBS and relevant checks completed.

• Willingness to participate in CPD and training.

Responsibilities

• Support students with challenging learning difficulties and welfare needs.
• Assist in class delivery and small-group support.

The successful candidates will provide support and guide the education of students with challenging learning difficulties. Experience in working with students with a wide range of SEND and a desire to work with young people in supporting their welfare and wellbeing is essential.
