Tadley Court School, part of Aspris, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our education team in Tadley. We offer full training and a supportive environment for children aged 4–19 with autistic spectrum conditions and related learning difficulties.

Our school is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with four acres of well maintained grounds. We are a day school with six associated Children's Homes specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding. Successful applicants for this role will have access to use a free transport service from Basingstoke to the school (and return).

We provide full training and ongoing support to help you progress in your role. At Tadley Court School, we currently have six staff members completing paid teacher‑training apprenticeships.
