Tadley Court School, part of Aspris Children’s Services, is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our education team supporting children and young people aged 4–19 with ASD and learning difficulties. Full training is provided and candidates may participate in teacher-training apprenticeships.

Due to expansion, Tadley Court School are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our education team! Our school is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with four acres of well maintained grounds. We are a day school with six associated Children's Homes specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding. While direct experience within a school setting is certainly advantageous, we are also open to applicants who have worked in similar fields, have strong transferrable skills, or have direct lived experience that supports their application. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you progress in your role. At Tadley Court School, we currently have six staff members completing paid teacher‑training apprenticeships.
