Job summary

Tadley Court School, part of Aspris Children’s Services, is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our education team supporting children and young people aged 4–19 with ASD and learning difficulties. Full training is provided and candidates may participate in teacher-training apprenticeships.

We offer a supportive, collaborative environment, DBS clearance, and a range of staff benefits. Salary £13.35ph rising to £13.65 post probation, with a pathway to progression.

Qualifications

• No strict prerequisites beyond suitability for role.
• Training provided and ongoing support offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classrooms as part of education team.
• Provide support to pupils with autism spectrum and learning difficulties.
• Participate in safeguarding and training programs.
