Ty Trafle School in Swansea seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and SEMH in a therapeutic, small-group setting.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to plan, deliver, and assess meaningful activities, provide 1:1 support where needed, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment. DBS enhanced required.
Full-time, 34 hours per week, with opportunities to specialise in ASD or SEMH pathways, and full training provided.

Ty Trafle School is a specialist provision in Swansea, supporting pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom require a Trauma Informed approach. Based on your experience and interests, you are welcome to express a preference for the pathway you feel most connected to — ASD or SEMH.

This role involves working with children in a regulated activity and requires an Enhanced DBS Check, including a Barred List Check.
