Job summary

Dan Y Coed School in Swansea is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help pupils with autism and complex needs thrive. The role involves supporting engaging lessons, building trusting relationships with pupils and families, and contributing to off-site activities in a nurturing, inclusive setting.

We welcome both experienced candidates in SEN/ASD and newcomers, offering full training and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed in a meaningful, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN/ASD is desirable or willingness to learn.
• You’ll support engaging lessons and activities with pupils who have ASD and complex needs.
