Axcis Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional communication needs in a welcoming Smethwick mainstream primary school. You will work closely with non-verbal pupils, helping them access learning and develop communication skills in a patient, resilient manner.
Responsibilities include using PECS, Makaton, visual aids and other strategies, building strong relationships, and collaborating with teachers and SEND staff.
Pay: £92.63 per day
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm)
