Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students 1:1 and in small groups, helping them engage with learning, build confidence, and reach their potential, working closely with teaching staff

Qualifications

• A degree in any subject.
• Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults through employment, placements, volunteering, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring.
• Experience with supporting Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, proactive, and resilient approach.
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Full-time availability.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them to engage with learning, develop confidence, and achieve their potential. You will work closely with teaching staff to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
