This rewarding role involves supporting pupils aged 9-16 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), all of whom have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Many pupils also present with additional needs, including ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, attachment difficulties, and communication challenges. The setting provides a structured, nurturing environment where pupils are supported both academically and emotionally. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students engage with learning, develop independence, and build positive relationships.
