Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is currently recruiting a dedicated teaching assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Knowsley. You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' learning, development and wellbeing in a busy classroom setting.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. DBS update service is required and the role offers daily pay depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Essential Requirement: Candidates must hold both a Child Workforce and Adult Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service.
• Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable.

The Role

As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities may include:
