Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Full-time, Temporaryteachin

Rotherham

£20,500 - £25,575 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

This ‘Good’ primary school, based in Rotherham are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant from September 2025. For this position, the desired HLTA will be at least ‘Good’ standard and will be willing to go the extra mile to ensure they provide an excellent learning environment.

Requirements

The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;

Have an excellent understanding of how children learn

Motivate and inspire children

Have a positive working attitude and committed to continually improve teaching practise

Be organised, punctual and adaptable

Be committed to inclusion and equity
