Job summary

Gloucestershire College in Gloucester is seeking a Teaching Assistant - First Steps to support learners, help them take part in lessons, develop skills and achieve goals.

You will assist with learning activities, educational visits, and maintaining accurate student records, as well as providing personal care where required. Safeguarding training is encouraged and prior experience in a similar setting is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in education, training, or a similar setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Understanding of safeguarding, or willingness to complete training.
