Job summary

You will assist with learning activities, educational visits, and maintaining accurate student records, as well as providing personal care where required. Safeguarding training is encouraged and prior experience in a similar setting is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in education, training, or a similar setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Understanding of safeguarding, or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Support learners to take part in lessons and develop their skills.
• Provide tailored support to help students build confidence, independence and employability.
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with learning activities and educational visits; provide personal care where required.
