Gloucestershire College is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the First Steps program across Hardwick, Gloucester and Cinderford. You will support learners to take part in lessons, help develop their skills, and work towards their goals, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

You will also assist with learning activities, educational visits, and keeping accurate student records, including providing personal care where required, under the guidance of teaching staff.
