Job summary

Value Education LTD is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools across the Manchester area, starting September 2026. Roles involve assisting the Class Teacher, supporting groups and 1:1 work, with flexible age groups and hours (Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30).

Candidates should be passionate about education, able to support children with SEN, and adapt lesson plans to individual needs. Temp-to-perm opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• Confident in communicating with parents, pupils and staff.
• Able to handle difficult situations and behaviour efficiently.
• Experience working with additional needs in a school setting (or similar).

Responsibilities

£93 - £110 per day

Age group: Flexible

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30-3:30)

The ideal candidates will have a passion for education, supporting children with additional needs, and be committed to helping each child in the most effective way depending on the individual needs.

Teaching Assistant Duties:

• Assist the Class Teacher in preparing work for the lesson ahead
• Assist with group activities

• Work inside and outside the classroom
