Job summary

TipTopJob in Manchester is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated SEN primary provision in the M13 area.

This full-time, long-term role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, with pay of GBP14.25 to GBP16.65 per hour. Team Teach restraint training is essential and 1:1 or small-group support will be provided to pupils with complex needs.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated and nurturing SEN primary provision in the M13 area of Manchester. This full:time, long:term position is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is experienced, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils with complex additional needs.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work across Key Stages within a specialist provision, providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with significant social, emotional, and behavioural needs, as well as other complex learning difficulties. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can bring consistency, calmness, and a positive attitude to the classroom.
Please note: Official restraint training such as Team Teach or an equivalent is essential for this role.
