Grade A Recruitment Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support autistic children and young people in a specialist setting in Impington. Role runs 8:30am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with small classes and a personalised approach to learning.

You will work alongside experienced teaching and support staff, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils engage positively with their learning and school day.

Qualifications

• Experience in school, SEND or care settings is ideal.
• Ability to support autistic pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Calm, patient, nurturing and enthusiastic about SEND.

Grade A Recruitment is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic specialist school in Impington, supporting autistic children and young people.

This is a modern, purpose-built specialist setting offering small classes and a highly personalised approach to learning. The school focuses on helping pupils develop academically while also building their communication, confidence, emotional regulation and independence.

You’ll work alongside experienced teaching and support staff, providing 1:1 and small-group support and helping pupils engage positively with their learning and school day.

We’re looking for someone who is calm, patient, nurturing and enthusiastic about SEND. Previous school, SEND or care experience would be ideal.
