Job summary

Grade A Recruitment Ltd is seeking caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a specialist SEND setting in Huntingdon. You will support children and young people with autism and learning disabilities, working with teachers and support staff to aid learning, communication and independence.

Experience in SEND is desirable, but the right personal qualities—patience, nurturing nature and a genuine desire to help—will also be considered.

Job description

We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within a specialist SEND setting in Huntingdon.

The role will involve supporting children and young people with a range of additional and complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities. You’ll be working alongside teachers and other support staff to help with learning, communication, independence and individual needs.

Experience within SEND would be great, but I’d also be interested in people with the right personality who are patient, nurturing and genuinely want to work within specialist education.
