Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a patient and understanding Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism in a specialist setting. You will help create a structured, predictable environment where pupils feel safe, supported and able to engage in learning.
You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, support routines and transitions, use visual strategies, and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
