Barkerend Primary Leadership Academy is seeking a committed individual to provide tailored support to pupils and contribute to a positive learning environment. You will help pupils make progress, work with small groups and individuals, and collaborate with staff to support teaching and learning.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive team spirit, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and adults across the school community.

Qualificações

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
• Experience of working with children in a school setting.
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils and other adults.
• The ability to work with pupils on a one to one, small groups and whole class.
• The ability to work effectively within a team.
