Job summary

The Olive School, Bolton is seeking a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils, helping them to succeed and reach their potential within a supportive, positive learning environment.

You will work closely with teachers, support lesson planning and delivery, and build strong relationships across the school and the Star community to promote inclusive learning. We value teamwork, organisational ability, and a commitment to enabling every pupil to progress.

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting.
  • Working knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Ability to work one-to-one, in small groups and with whole classes.
  • Ability to contribute effectively to teachers’ planning and preparation of lessons.
