We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Teaching Assistant.

The successful candidates will be committed to helping every pupil achieve their full potential by creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment in which they can thrive. You will be patient, adaptable and skilled at building positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues, always placing the wellbeing, dignity and individuality of each child at the heart of your practice. Experience of supporting students with communication, sensory, social, emotional and learning needs would be advantageous. A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities is essential, together with the ability to recognise concerns, act appropriately and promote a culture in which pupils feel safe, valued and supported. Above all, you will share our commitment to making a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs.
Salary: £18,408 - £20,722 actual annual salary including SEN allowance
Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only. Working hours are 8:50am to 3:10pm, with a 4:00pm finish on Wednesdays.
