Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a flexible Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary settings on a day-to-day supply basis in Bidford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas. You will assist with lessons, run small-group activities, and support behaviour and learning in a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualifications, with prior UK school experience and strong knowledge of the National Curriculum from Reception to KS2.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification as a TA.
• Previous UK school experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly across Reception, EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Responsibilities

• Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, welcoming learning environment.
