Flourish Education is seeking a flexible Teaching Assistant in Bishops Cleeve to support pupils across Reception to KS2. Work on the days that suit you, helping children thrive and enjoy learning while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You should hold a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification and have UK school experience, with a solid grasp of the National Curriculum. This supply role offers ongoing support and a welcoming, supportive network.

Job Role

• Provide support to the Class Teacher in delivering lessons across Reception, EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Work one-to-one or with small groups of pupils to support learning and development.
• Assist with classroom management, behaviour support, and ensuring pupils stay engaged.
• Prepare and organise resources under the guidance of the Class Teacher.
• Support children with varying abilities, including SEND, to access the National Curriculum.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment in the Primary School setting.

• £92.59 to £106.93 per day which equates to £18,055.40 to £20,851.36 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
