Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking Primary Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in and around Banbury. This role offers day-to-day supply opportunities, allowing you to gain experience in different school settings and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

You can choose the days you work and where you work, with additional benefits such as safeguarding training and a supportive registration process.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
• Good curriculum knowledge of KS1/KS2 or EYFS.
• A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs).
• A minimum of 2 excellent references within the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Work across a variety of primary schools in Banbury on day-to-day supply.
• Choose days and schools that suit you to maintain work–life balance.
• Support pupils with learning and behavioural needs in classroom settings.

Job description

Flourish Education are recruiting for Primary Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across a variety of Primary Schools in and around Banbury. This role offers day-to-day supply opportunities, giving you the chance to gain experience in different school settings. Many of our partner schools have dedicated SEN hubs and nurture rooms, providing environments where children receive the support they need.

Working with Flourish Education as a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant means you choose the days and schools that suit you, giving you the flexibility to achieve a healthy work/life balance.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
• Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 1 (KS1) Key Stage 2 (KS1) or EYFS
• A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
• A minimum of 2 excellent references within the last 24 months
