Job summary

Trinity Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils at Trinity Academy Akroydon. You will provide learning support for individuals or small groups while upholding safeguarding standards.

The role offers opportunities to engage in eco-initiatives, be supported by a dedicated team, and access regular training. DBS enhancement and equal opportunities commitments are stated during appointment.

Qualifications

• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age.
• Awareness and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Experience of basic technology, PC, internet and MS Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support and meet the specific needs of individual pupils or small groups.
• Assist with safeguarding and promote the welfare of children.
• Contribute to eco-initiatives and school programmes.
• Join a high-impact leadership team across Trinity MAT.

We now wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support our pupils in achieving their goals. You will provide learning support, meeting the specific needs of individual pupils, or a small group of pupils as directed.
