Job summary

Grazeley Church of England Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant for 3 mornings per week during term time to support children on a 1:1 or small group basis. The role covers Reception and KS2, assisting learning under the direction of the teacher and SENDCo.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about SEND, patient, and able to build positive rapport with pupils. The post is part-time and based at the Grazeley school site.

Qualifications

• Understanding and implementing child protection procedures.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support.

About this Role

At Grazeley Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (3 mornings per week, term time only) to provide support for children on a 1:1 or small group basis. The role will involve working with children in Reception and KS2, and will involve supporting their learning as directed by the teacher and SENDCo. You would be joining an experienced team dedicated to helping children achieve their full potential.

• Salary: Grade 3, Scale Point 5 - 6 (£25,584 - £25,989 FTE) (Actual salary pro rata, depending on hours).
