Castle Phoenix Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team for 21.49 hours per week across 39 weeks, term-time plus training days. The role supports pupils with reading and other curriculum activities, under the direction of teaching staff.
You will work with designated pupils, small groups and 1:1, preparing resources and delivering high quality interventions to help children progress socially and academically.
Grade 3 Point 4 - £23,114 - £24,294 FTE (£19,423 - £20,414) pro rata to 21.49 hours and 39 weeks worked) Term Time only plus teacher training days (39 weeks) Permanent 8.20 am to 4.00 pm, 3 days across Monday to Friday (with half an hour unpaid break), term time only plus Teacher Training Days Required to start October 2026
