Job summary

The Chalfonts Community College is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our team. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, track pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, supporting our diverse student body to achieve their best.

You will foster a safe, respectful learning environment, assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to continually improve outcomes across key subjects.
