Job summary

Beacon Hill Academy in England is seeking a qualified teacher to join our forward-thinking team. You will hold QTS and a relevant degree, demonstrate excellent subject knowledge, and deliver lessons up to GCSE level while applying ICT to enhance learning.

You will contribute to curriculum development, engage in CPD, collaborate with colleagues, support enrichment activities, and uphold our commitment to safeguarding, equality and the wellbeing of all learners.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status and be eligible to teach in the UK.
• Relevant degree in your subject area or a related subject, or completion of a subject conversion course.
• Excellent knowledge of subject content and curriculum developments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practice and current curricula.
• Proven ability to teach across the full ability range.
• Strong progress and attainment from learners.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD and professional development.
• Ability to teach up to GCSE level in your subject.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with a forward-thinking team.
• Demonstrated excellent classroom management and use of ICT to support learning.
• Commitment to equality, safeguarding, and promoting diversity.
