As an Engineering Teacher at our Printworks Campus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of engineers. You may be required to design and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience and ensure that students are well-prepared for careers in various engineering fields. Overall, this role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for engineering education, a commitment to student success, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, industry partners, and the broader community.
The ideal candidate will be diverse to deliver across different awarding bodies such as EAL and T levels (currently C&G) to both full time and apprentice learners.
The salary for this role is £31,916 with progression to £35,912, plus a yearly market supplement for the right candidate. In addition, you could be eligible for a one-off attraction payment of £3,000. (This payment is split into 2 halves – £1,500 will be paid on commencement of the role and £1,500 to be paid on successfully passing probation).
