Job summary

TeacherActive in Worksop is seeking a confident Teaching Assistant to support primary pupils across KS1 and KS2. You will work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and provide focused 1:1 support from Year 1 to Year 6.

The role is long-term with a flexible start date, offering a warm school environment and opportunities for CPD. PAYE payroll ensures correct tax and NI,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils within a primary school setting

The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long‑term basis with a flexible start date, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2 from Year 1 to Year 6. The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside the class teacher to support lesson delivery, provide focused 1:1 support and help pupils remain engaged and make progress.
