Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a fantastic school in Sunderland, seeking a dedicated teacher to cover long-term roles with pupils who have complex needs. You will teach and support learners across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging lessons and adapting to individual needs.

The school offers a supportive environment and OFSTED rating; you will work with staff to help pupils progress academically, socially and emotionally.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcomed to apply).
• Experience teaching or supporting children with complex needs.
• Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Strong classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

Salary: £125-£150 per day

Are you a patient and caring Teacher who is passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential?

Are you confident teaching and supporting children across EYFS, Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic school in Sunderland with a great OFSTED rating. The setting provides a supportive learning environment for children across EYFS to KS2, including pupils with complex needs.

The school is looking to take on a Teacher on a long-term basis, teaching and supporting pupils with complex needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The successful Teacher will work alongside school staff to deliver engaging learning, support individual needs and help pupils progress academically, socially and emotionally.

The successful Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching or supporting children with complex needs
• Experience working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Strong classroom management skills
• A patient, caring and supportive approach
• A positive and adaptable attitude
