We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher with experience supporting children and young people with additional needs, who can create an engaging, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.
Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, PMLD, complex SEND and SEMH.
Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and personalised learning strategies.
Support pupils with emotional regulation, challenging behaviour, anxiety, depression and EBSNA.
Create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents and other professionals.
Promote independence, communication, social development and positive learning outcomes.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching within SEND or SEMH settings.
Experience supporting pupils with complex needs, autism or challenging behaviour.
Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
