Teacher – SEND School - September Start

Are you a passionate Teacher looking for an opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs? This outstanding specialist SEND school in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated Teacher to join its supportive and forward-thinking team.

The school provides a highly personalised education for pupils with a range of additional needs, with a strong focus on developing communication, independence, confidence and academic progress. The Role

The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within either primary, secondary or specialist education
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEND
  • Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
  • A patient, creative and adaptable approach
  • Previous SEND experience would be advantageous but is not essential
