The Education Network is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a Specialist SEND School in Birmingham. You will provide a mix of classroom, small-group and 1-2-1 support to help pupils access learning and build confidence.
Experience with SEND is highly desirable, though strong mainstream TAs with an interest in SEND will be considered. You will work with experienced teachers and SEND professionals to create an enabling learning environment and help pupils progress daily.

Experience working with pupils with SEND is highly desirable, particularly within a special school, specialist provision or similar setting. However, we are also keen to hear from strong mainstream Teaching Assistants who have a genuine interest in developing their SEND experience.
