Job summary

Lyreco Switzerland AG is recruiting a TCS Engineer to service dispensing and dosing equipment across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance and fault diagnosis on dishwasher and laundry dosing units, enzymes dosing units, and related systems.

The engineer will be responsible for site visits, completing electronic job sheets, managing van stock, and liaising with the Technical Customer Services Team.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency and IT literacy.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is advantageous.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment for clients.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and arrange repairs or quotes for parts as needed.
• Complete electronic job sheets after each site visit and update records.

Enzymes dosing units.* Responsible for installing (unpacking) and in some cases assembling equipment, servicing and maintenance of dispensing and dosing equipment on behalf of our clients.* Test and undertake quality assurance checks to verify that the equipment is working in accordance with its design specification and current regulations.* Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving faults, and organising repairs as required.* Where required raising, submitting quotes for parts to be ordered, responsible of ensuring all part numbers align with technical manuals/product and confirming receipt of parts.* Responsible for returning parts within warranty to supplier, other parts which have not been utilised must be returned to stores on conclusion of visit* Responsible for completing electronic job sheets upon conclusion of site visit.* Regular communication to be maintained with the Technical Customer Services Team.* Responsible for maintaining, and checking van stock.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:* IT literate (MS Office)* Be competent working on electrical systems including reading diagrams.
