Job summary

Lyreco Group (Italy) seeks a TCS Engineer for field-based work in the UK South Central region, primarily Surrey. You will install, commission, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment at distribution centers, ensuring compliance and safety.

You will diagnose faults, service units, and coordinate with the Technical Customer Services team while keeping accurate electronic records and stocking levels. A UK driving licence and 2–5 years relevant experience are expected.

• IT literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
• Competence with electrical systems and reading diagrams.
• Basic plumbing knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment.
• Diagnose faults and organise repairs for clients.
• Raise quotes for parts and ensure part numbers match manuals.
• Return unused parts and handle warranty returns.
• Complete electronic job sheets after site visits.
• Maintain communication with Technical Customer Services.
• Manage van stock and ensure readiness for visits.

# TCS EngineerField Based - UKSC - Distribution CentersFull timeApplyTCS Engineer**Service area:**Surreyand surrounding areas **Contract Type:** Permanent, Full Time **Hours:** Monday-Friday, 36.25hrs/pw TCS Engineer is responsible for installations, service and maintenance of dispensing and dosing equipment.Key Responsibilities:* Required to install, commission, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment, such as dishwasher and Laundry dosing units , various water and none water fed chemical dispensing units. Enzymes dosing units.* Responsible for installing (unpacking) and in some cases assembling equipment, servicing and maintenance of dispensing and dosing equipment on behalf of our clients.* Test and undertake quality assurance checks to verify that the equipment is working in accordance with its design specification and current regulations.* Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving faults, and organising repairs as required.* Where required raising, submitting quotes for parts to be ordered, responsible of ensuring all part numbers align with technical manuals/product and confirming receipt of parts.* Responsible for returning parts within warranty to supplier, other parts which have not been utilised must be returned to stores on conclusion of visit* Responsible for completing electronic job sheets upon conclusion of site visit.* Regular communication to be maintained with the Technical Customer Services Team.* Responsible for maintaining, and checking van stock.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:* IT literate (MS Office)* Be competent working on electrical systems including reading diagrams.
