Job summary

Lyreco UK and Ireland is seeking a skilled TCS Engineer to cover Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. The role focuses on installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of dispensing and dosing equipment across client sites.

The candidate should bring 2-5 years of engineering experience in dispensing or dosing equipment, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication and organisational skills. A company vehicle and full benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and maintaining dispensing equipment.
• 2-5 years engineering experience in dispensing or dosing equipment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment.
• Install (unpack) and assemble equipment where required, service on client sites.
• Test and QA checks to verify equipment meets design specs.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and arrange repairs.
• Raise quotes for parts and manage parts with manuals.
• Return unused parts to stores after visits and manage warranty returns.
• Complete electronic job sheets after site visits.
• Maintain regular communication with Technical Customer Services Team.
• Maintain van stock.
