Job summary

Lyreco Switzerland AG in Hertfordshire is looking for a TCS Engineer to install, commission, service and repair dispensing and dosing equipment at client sites. You will test equipment, diagnose faults, and manage parts returns in line with manuals and regulations.

Electronic job sheets must be completed after each visit and you will liaise with the Technical Customer Services Team. Expect 2–5 years in engineering, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication, organisational skills, and

Qualifications

• IT literate and proficient with MS Office.
• Able to read electrical diagrams and perform basic electrical work.
• Experience with dispensing or dosing equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain dispensing and dosing equipment at client sites.
• Test and QA checks to verify operation per design and regulations.
• Diagnose faults, organise repairs and raise quotes for parts as needed.

TCS EngineerService area: Hertfordshire and surrounding areasContract Type: Permanent, Full TimeHours: Monday-Friday, 36.25hrs/pwTCS Engineer is responsible for installations, service and maintenance of dispensing and dosing equipment.Key Responsibilities:Required to install, commission, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment, such as dishwasher and Laundry dosing units , various water and none water fed chemical dispensing units. Enzymes dosing units.Responsible for installing (unpacking) and in some cases assembling equipment, servicing and maintenance of dispensing and dosing equipment on behalf of our clients.Test and undertake quality assurance checks to verify that the equipment is working in accordance with its design specification and current regulations.Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving faults, and organising repairs as required.Where required raising, submitting quotes for parts to be ordered, responsible of ensuring all part numbers align with technical manuals/product and confirming receipt of parts.Responsible for returning parts within warranty to supplier, other parts which have not been utilised must be returned to stores on conclusion of visitResponsible for completing electronic job sheets upon conclusion of site visit.Regular communication to be maintained with the Technical Customer Services Team.Responsible for maintaining, and checking van stock.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:IT literate (MS Office)Be competent working on electrical systems including reading diagrams.
