Job summary

RSM in the United Kingdom is advertising a Tax school/college leaver apprenticeship. The programme offers structured training, exposure to clients on compliance and advisory work, and a pathway to professional qualifications such as ATT, ACA or CTA.

Start date is 14 September 2027 and extensive early exposure aims to build confidence and practical tax expertise from day one. You’ll work with a supportive team, learn from experienced colleagues, and access paid study leave and mentoring as part

Qualifications

Minimum UCAS points as stated: 112 across 3 A levels or 104 across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or Irish Leaving Certificate.
Permanent right to live and work in the UK.
Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQ.

Responsibilities

Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.
Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
Developing confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
Using digital tools to work smarter and add more value for our clients.
