Job summary

RSM in the United Kingdom invites applications to join Team Tax as a tax school/college leaver apprentice. You will learn quickly, work directly with clients, and gain practical, real-world experience from day one across UK offices.

The programme offers study toward the ATT qualification for the first two years and then toward ACA or CTA, depending on the area of tax you join, with paid study leave, mentoring and internal development programmes. Start date is 14 September 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum UCAS points across 3 A levels or equivalent (or 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate).
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and offices as required.
• RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the EPQ.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on tax compliance and advisory work within a collaborative team.
• Develop UK and international tax expertise with supported training and professional qualifications.
• Balance client work with exams and study through structured training and paid study leave.
