Job summary

RSM is offering a tax school/college leaver apprenticeship in Liverpool. You’ll gain practical client experience, learn tax basics across UK and international regimes, and work within a supportive, globally connected team. Start date 14 September 2027 and structured progression to ATT, ACA or CTA.

The programme emphasizes training, paid study leave, mentoring and a focus on developing professional qualifications while balancing client work and exams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification).
• 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM doesn’t accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
• Using digital tools to work smarter and add more value for our clients.
